An arrayed nanoantenna for broadband light emission and detection
Andrey. E. Miroshnichenko, Ivan S. Maksymov, Arthur R. Davoyan +3
We suggest a broadband optical unidirectional arrayed nanoantenna consisting of equally spaced nanorods of gradually varying length. Each nanorod can be driven by near-field quantu…
Multifrequency broadband tapered plasmonic nanoantennas
I. S. Maksymov, A. R. Davoyan, C. Simovski +2
We suggest a novel multifrequency broadband plasmonic Yagi-Uda-type nanoantenna equipped with an array of tapered directors. Each director can be used for the excitation of the ant…
Photonic stop bands in quasi-random nanoporous anodic alumina structures
Ivan Maksymov, Josep Ferre-Borrull, Josep Pallares +1
The existence of photonic stop bands in the self-assembled arrangement of pores in porous anodic alumina structures is investigated by means of rigorous 2D finite- difference time-…
Enhanced emission and light control with tapered plasmonic nanoantennas
Ivan S. Maksymov, Arthur R. Davoyan, Yuri S. Kivshar
We introduce a design of Yagi-Uda plasmonic nanoantennas for enhancing the antenna gain and achieving control over the angular emission of light. We demonstrate that tapering of an…
