Maximum Likelihood Analysis of Low Energy CDMS II Germanium Data
SuperCDMS Collaboration, R. Agnese, A. J. Anderson +84
We report on the results of a search for a Weakly Interacting Massive Particle (WIMP) signal in low-energy data of the Cryogenic Dark Matter Search (CDMS~II) experiment using a max…
Cryogenic Dark Matter Search Detector Fabrication Process and Recent Improvements
Andrew Jastram, Rusty Harris, Rupak Mahapatra +5
A dedicated facility has been commissioned for Cryogenic Dark Matter Search (CDMS) detector fabrication at Texas A&M University (TAMU). The fabrication process has been carefully t…
First direct limits on Lightly Ionizing Particles with electric charge less than
R. Agnese, A. J. Anderson, D. Balakishiyeva +82
While the Standard Model of particle physics does not include free particles with fractional charge, experimental searches have not ruled out their existence. We report results fro…
Search for Low-Mass WIMPs with SuperCDMS
R. Agnese, A. J. Anderson, M. Asai +92
We report a first search for weakly interacting massive particles (WIMPs) using the background rejection capabilities of SuperCDMS. An exposure of 577 kg-days was analyzed for WIMP…
