Off-shell effects on the interaction of Nambu-Goldstone bosons and mesons
M. Altenbuchinger, Li-Sheng Geng
The Bethe-Salpeter equation in unitarized chiral perturbation theory is usually solved with the so-called on-shell approximation. The underlying argument is that the off-shell effe…
Scattering lengths of Nambu-Goldstone bosons off mesons and dynamically generated heavy-light mesons
M. Altenbuchinger, L. -S. Geng, W. Weise
Recent lattice QCD simulations of the scattering lengths of Nambu-Goldstone bosons off the mesons are studied using unitary chiral perturbation theory. We show that the Lattice…
Light quark mass dependence of the and decay constants
L. S. Geng, M. Altenbuchinger, W. Weise
We study the light quark mass dependence of the and meson decay constants, and , using a covariant formulation of chiral perturbation theory (PT) at nex…
Spin structure of the nucleon: QCD evolution, lattice results and models
M. Altenbuchinger, Ph. Hägler, W. Weise +1
The question how the spin of the nucleon is distributed among its quark and gluon constituents is still a subject of intense investigations. Lattice QCD has progressed to provide i…
