Temperature dependence of the coherence in polariton condensates
E. Rozas, M. D. Martín, C. Tejedor +4
We present a time-resolved experimental study of the temperature effect on the coherence of traveling polariton condensates. The simultaneous detection of their emission both in re…
Optical bistability under non-resonant excitation in spinor polariton condensates
L. Pickup, K. Kalinin, A. Askitopoulos +4
We realise bistability in the spinor of polariton condensates under non-resonant optical excitation and in the absence of biasing external fields. Numerical modelling of the system…
Persistent circular currents of exciton-polaritons in cylindrical pillar microcavities
V. A. Lukoshkin, V. K. Kalevich, M. M. Afanasiev +5
We have experimentally observed an eddy current of exciton polaritons arising in a cylindrical GaAs/AlGaAs pillar microcavity under the nonresonant optical pumping. The polariton c…
Spin order and phase transitions in chains of polariton condensates
H. Ohadi, A. J. Ramsay, H. Sigurdsson +8
We demonstrate that multiply-coupled spinor polariton condensates can be optically tuned through a sequence of spin-ordered phases by changing the coupling strength between nearest…
