Dimensions of certain sets of continued fractions with non-decreasing partial quotients

Lulu Fang, Jihua Ma, Kunkun Song +1

Let $[a_{1} (x), a_{2} (x), a_{3} (x), \dots]$ be the continued fraction expansion of $x \in (0, 1)$ . This paper is concerned with certain sets of continued fractions with non-decreasing partia…

Some exceptional sets of Borel-Bernstein Theorem in continued fractions

Lulu Fang, Jihua Ma, Kunkun Song

Let $[a_{1} (x), a_{2} (x), a_{3} (x), \dots]$ denote the continued fraction expansion of a real number $x \in [0, 1)$ . This paper is concerned with certain exceptional sets of the Borel-Bern…

Multifractal analysis of the convergence exponent in continued fractions

Fang Lulu, Song Kunkun

Let $x \in [0, 1)$ be a real number and denote its continued fraction expansion by $[a_{1} (x), a_{2} (x), a_{3} (x), \dots]$ . The convergence exponent of these partial quotients is defined a…

Fourier decay rate of coin-tossing type measures

Xiang Gao, Jihua Ma, Kunkun Song +1

The Fourier decay rate of a coin-tossing type measure is investigated. Explicit estimation is given. Our method relies upon a classical result of Hartman and Kershner. As an applic…

Level sets of multiple ergodic averages

Fan Ai-Hua, Lingmin Liao, Ji-Hua Ma

We propose to study multiple ergodic averages from multifractal analysis point of view. In some special cases in the symbolic dynamics, Hausdorff dimensions of the level sets of mu…
