Hui-Gen Liu, Peng Jiang, Xingxing Huang +21
Proxima Centauri is known as the closest star from the Sun. Recently, radial velocity observations revealed the existence of an Earth-mass planet around it. With an orbital period…
The ALMA Frontier Fields Survey - II. Multiwavelength Photometric analysis of 1.1mm continuum sources in Abell 2744, MACSJ0416.1-2403 and MACSJ1149.5+2223
N. Laporte, F. E. Bauer, P. Troncoso-Iribarren +32
[abridged] The Hubble and Spitzer Space Telescope surveys of the Frontier Fields (FF) provide extremely deep images around six massive, strong-lensing clusters of galaxies. The ALM…
Young Galaxy Candidates in the Hubble Frontier Fields IV. MACS J1149.5+2223
W. Zheng, A. Zitrin, L. Infante +11
We search for high-redshift dropout galaxies behind the Hubble Frontier Fields (HFF) galaxy cluster MACS J1149.5+2223, a powerful cosmic lens that has revealed a number of unique o…
