Magnetic switching of spin-scattering centers in Dresselhaus [110] circuits
E. J. Rodríguez, A. A. Reynoso, J. P. Baltanás +2
Spin carriers subject to Dresselhaus [110] (D110) spin-orbit coupling (SOC) gather null spin phases in closed circuits, contrary to usual Rashba and Dresselhaus [001] SOC. We show…
Two temperate Earth-mass planets orbiting the nearby star GJ1002
A. Suárez Mascareño, E. González-Álvarez, M. R. Zapatero Osorio +42
We report the discovery and characterisation of two Earth-mass planets orbiting in the habitable zone of the nearby M-dwarf GJ~1002 based on the analysis of the radial-velocity (RV…
GJ 806 (TOI-4481): A bright nearby multi-planetary system with a transiting hot, low-density super-Earth
E. Palle, J. Orell-Miquel, M. Brady +63
One of the main scientific goals of the TESS mission is the discovery of transiting small planets around the closest and brightest stars in the sky. Here, using data from the CARME…
Spin-texture topology in curved circuits driven by spin-orbit interactions
Alberto Hijano, Eusebio J. Rodríguez, Dario Bercioux +1
Interferometry is a powerful technique used to extract valuable information about the wave function of a system. In this work, we study the response of spin carriers to the effecti…
