Chain-transitivity of partially hyperbolic diffeomorphisms on ${\mathbb{T}}^3$ isotopic to Anosov

We prove that if $f$ is a partially hyperbolic diffeomorphism on 3-torus ${\mathbb{T}}^3$ and isotopic to Anosov, then $f$ is chain transitive.
