Charge carrier generation in RNDR-DEPFET Detectors
Niels Wernicke, Alexander Bähr, Hannah Danhel +6
Depleted p-channel field effect transistor detectors with repetitive-non-destructive readout (RNDR-DEPFETs) achieve a deep sub-electron noise by averaging several independent measu…
DEPFET detectors for direct detection of MeV Dark Matter particles
Alexander Baehr, Holger Kluck, Jelena Ninkovic +2
The existence of dark matter is undisputed, while the nature of it is still unknown. Explaining dark matter with the existence of a new unobserved particle is among the most promis…
New Results on DEPFET Pixel Detectors for Radiation Imaging and High Energy Particle Detection
N. Wermes, L. Andricek, P. Fischer +19
DEPFET pixel detectors are unique devices in terms of energy and spatial resolution because very low noise (ENC = 2.2e at room temperature) operation can be obtained by implementin…
A modular PC based silicon microstrip beam telescope with high speed data acquisition
J. Treis, P. Fischer, L. Klingbeil +3
A PC based high speed silicon microstrip beam telescope consisting of several independent modules is presented. Every module contains an AC-coupled double sided silicon microstrip…
