Double Dots: Compact Pairs Mark Little Red Dots and High-Redshift Broad-line AGNs
A. J. Barger, L. L. Cowie
We utilize JWST imaging of the massive lensing cluster field A2744 to find close pairs of compact sources with separations less than 0.25". A large fraction of these "Double Dots"…
A Redshift-based Red Selection of Dusty Star-forming Galaxies
A. J. Barger, L. L. Cowie, S. J. McKay +1
We use JWST observations (1.5 micron to 4.44 micron), together with complete ALMA observations (870 micron and/or 1.2 mm), of the massive lensing cluster field A2744 to show that g…
A Deep ALMA Survey of the Redshift Distribution of Dusty Star-forming Galaxies
S. J. McKay, A. J. Barger, L. L. Cowie +1
We present an Atacama Large Millimeter/submillimeter Array (ALMA) spectroscopic follow-up survey of an 870 m-selected sample of dusty star-forming galaxies (DSFGs) in the GOODS-…
Molecular Gas Detections in Eight Faint DSFGs with Red NIR Colors at z = 1.2-2.5
Michael J. Nicandro Rosenthal, Stephen J. McKay, Amy J. Barger +1
We present a NOEMA survey of CO(3-2), CO(4-3), and [C I](P-P) in eight faint (average mJy) dusty star-forming galaxies (DSFGs) at $z = 1.2-2.…
