Experimentally validated quantum-secure federated learning over a multi-user quantum network
Zhi-Ping Liu, Xiao-Yu Cao, Hao-Wen Liu +6
Federated learning enables decentralized, privacy-preserving training but remains vulnerable to privacy leakage in the quantum era. Quantum federated learning (QFL) offers a promis…
Quantum Neural Network for Quantum Neural Computing
Min-Gang Zhou, Zhi-Ping Liu, Hua-Lei Yin +3
Neural networks have achieved impressive breakthroughs in both industry and academia. How to effectively develop neural networks on quantum computing devices is a challenging open…
Automated machine learning for secure key rate in discrete-modulated continuous-variable quantum key distribution
Zhi-Ping Liu, Min-Gang Zhou, Wen-Bo Liu +4
Continuous-variable quantum key distribution (CV QKD) with discrete modulation has attracted increasing attention due to its experimental simplicity, lower-cost implementation and…
Neural network-based prediction of the secret-key rate of quantum key distribution
Min-Gang Zhou, Zhi-Ping Liu, Wen-Bo Liu +6
Numerical methods are widely used to calculate the secure key rate of many quantum key distribution protocols in practice, but they consume many computing resources and are too tim…
