Capture cross sections of 15N(n, γ)16N at astrophysical energies
Guang-wei Fan, Jun-bing Ma, Zong-qiang Sheng +3
We have reanalyzed reaction cross sections of 16N on 12C target. The nucleon density distribution of 16N, especially surface density distribution, was extracted using the modified…
Investigation of proton radioactivity with the effective liquid drop model
Zong-Qiang Sheng, Liang-Ping Shu, Guang-Wei Fan +2
Proton radioactivity has been investigated using the effective liquid drop model with varying mass asymmetry shape and effective inertial coefficient. An effective nuclear radius c…
Competition between alpha-decay and beta-decay for Heavy and Superheavy Nuclei
Zongqiang Sheng, Liangping Shu, Ying Meng +2
In this work, the -stable region for Z 90 is proposed. The calculated -stable nuclei in the -stable region are in good agreement with the ones obtained by Möller \e…
A systematic study of the superdeformation of Pb isotopes with relativistic mean field theory
Jian-You Guo, Zong-Qiang Sheng, Xiang-Zheng Fang
The microscopically constrained relativistic mean field theory is used to investigate the superdeformation for Pb isotopes. The calculations show that there exists a clear superdef…
