Note on BDL property of fixed points of primitive morphisms
Petr Ambrož, Edita Pelantová
We consider an infinite word fixed by a primitive morphism. We show a necessary condition under which has a non-trivial geometric representation w…
Lattice Bounded Distance Equivalence for 1D Delone Sets with Finite Local Complexity
Petr Ambrož, Zuzana Masáková, Edita Pelantová
Spectra of suitably chosen Pisot-Vijayaraghavan numbers represent non-trivial examples of self-similar Delone point sets of finite local complexity, indispensable in quasicrystal m…
Palindromic length of words and morphisms in class
Petr Ambrož, Ondřej Kadlec, Zuzana Masáková +1
We study the palindromic length of factors of infinite words fixed by morphisms of the so-called class introduced by Hof, Knill and Simon. We show that it grows at mo…
A note on palindromic length of Sturmian sequences
Petr Ambrož, Edita Pelantová
Frid, Puzynina and Zamboni (2013) defined the palindromic length of a finite word as the minimal number of palindromes whose concatenation is equal to . For an infinite word…
Palindromic complexity of infinite words associated with simple Parry numbers
Petr Ambrož, Christiane Frougny, Zuzana Masáková +1
A simple Parry number is a real number β>1 such that the Rényi expansion of 1 is finite, of the form d_β(1)=t_1...t_m. We study the palindromic structure of infinite aperiodic word…
