The SMART Data Analysis Package for the Infrared Spectrograph on the Spitzer Space Telescope
S. J. U. Higdon, D. Devost, J. L. Higdon +8
SMART is a software package written in IDL to reduce and analyze Spitzer data from all four modules of the Infrared Spectrograph, including the peak-up arrays. The software is desi…
The Infrared Spectrograph on the Spitzer Space Telescope
J. R. Houck, the Spitzer/IRS team
The Infrared Spectrograph (IRS) is one of three science instruments on the Spitzer Space Telescope. The IRS comprises four separate spectrograph modules covering the wavelength ran…
The state of protoplanetary material 10 Myr after stellar formation: circumstellar disks in the TW Hydrae association
K. I. Uchida, N. Calvet, L. Hartmann +17
We have used the Spitzer Infrared Spectrograph to observe seven members of the TW Hya association, the nearest stellar association whose age ( 10 Myr) is similar to the times…
Mid-Infrared Spectra of Dust Debris Around Main-Sequence Stars
M. Jura, C. H. Chen, E. Furlan +19
We report spectra obtained with the Spitzer Space Telescope in the wavelength range between 14 microns and 35 microns of 19 nearby main-sequence stars with infrared excesses. The s…
