JCMT BISTRO Observations: Magnetic Field Morphology of Bubbles Associated with NGC 6334
Mehrnoosh Tahani, Pierre Bastien, Ray S. Furuya +142
We study the HII regions associated with the NGC 6334 molecular cloud observed in the sub-millimeter and taken as part of the B-fields In STar-forming Region Observations (BISTRO)…
The JCMT BISTRO-2 Survey: Magnetic Fields of the Massive DR21 Filament
Tao-Chung Ching, Keping Qiu, Di Li +154
We present 850 m dust polarization observations of the massive DR21 filament from the B-fields In STar-forming Region Observations (BISTRO) survey, using the POL-2 polarimeter a…
The JCMT BISTRO Survey: A Spiral Magnetic Field in a Hub-filament Structure, Monoceros R2
Jihye Hwang, Jongsoo Kim, Kate Pattle +157
We present and analyze observations of polarized dust emission at 850 m towards the central 1 pc 1 pc hub-filament structure of Monoceros R2 (Mon R2). The data are obta…
Cloud-cloud collision and star formation in G323.18+0.15
Yingxiu. Ma, Jianjun. Zhou, Jarken. Esimbek +8
We studied the cloud-cloud collision candidate G323.18+0.15 based on signatures of induced filaments, clumps, and star formation. We used archival molecular spectrum line data from…
