Quantum Algorithm for Shortest Vector Problems with Folded Spectrum Method
Kota Mizuno, Shohei Watabe
Quantum annealing has been recently studied to solve the shortest vector problem (SVP), where the norm of a lattice point vector is mapped to the problem Hamiltonian with the qudit…
Entangling Schrödinger's cat states by bridging discrete- and continuous-variable encoding
Daisuke Hoshi, Toshiaki Nagase, Sangil Kwon +9
In quantum information processing, two primary research directions have emerged: one based on discrete variables (DV) and the other on the structure of quantum states in a continuo…
Two-Step Quantum Search Algorithm for Solving Traveling Salesman Problems
Rei Sato, Gordon Cui, Kazuhiro Saito +3
Quantum search algorithms, such as Grover's algorithm, are anticipated to efficiently solve constrained combinatorial optimization problems. However, applying these algorithms to t…
Universal scaling hypothesis of quantum spatial search in complex networks
Rei Sato, Tetsuro Nikuni, Kayoko Nohara +2
Since quantum spatial searches on complex networks have a strong network dependence, the question arises whether the universal perspective exists in this quantum algorithm for comp…
