Multipartite Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen steering and genuine tripartite entanglement with optical networks
Seiji Armstrong, Meng Wang, Run Yan Teh +6
The Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen (EPR) paradox established a link between entanglement and nonlocality in quantum mechanics. EPR steering is the nonlocality associated with the EPR para…
Theoretical Analysis of an Ideal Noiseless Linear Amplifier for Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen Entanglement Distillation
J. Bernu, S. Armstrong, T. Symul +2
We study the operational regime of a noiseless linear amplifier based on quantum scissors that can nondeterministically amplify the one photon component of a quantum state with wea…
Demonstration of a fully tuneable entangling gate for continuous-variable one-way quantum computation
Shota Yokoyama, Ryuji Ukai, Seiji C. Armstrong +3
We introduce a fully tuneable entangling gate for continuous-variable one-way quantum computation. We present a proof-of-principle demonstration by propagating two independent opti…
Experimental demonstration of Gaussian protocols for one-sided device-independent quantum key distribution
Nathan Walk, Sara Hosseni, Jiao Geng +9
Nonlocal correlations, a longstanding foundational topic in quantum information, have recently found application as a resource for cryptographic tasks where not all devices are tru…
