Optimization of neutron diffraction from phase-gratings
B. Heacock, D. Sarenac, D. G. Cory +6
The recent development of phase-grating moiré neutron interferometry promises a wide range of impactful experiments from dark-field imaging of material microstructure to precise me…
Sub-micrometer resolution neutron tomography
B. Heacock, D. Sarenac, D. G. Cory +5
We demonstrate a neutron tomography technique with sub-micrometer spatial resolution. Our method consists of measuring neutron diffraction spectra using a double crystal diffractom…
Broadband Neutron Interferometer
Dmitry A. Pushin, Dusan Sarenac, Dan Hussey +10
We demonstrate a two phase-grating, multi-beam neutron interferometer by using a modified Ronchi setup in a far-field regime. The functionality of the interferometer is based on th…
Demonstration of a white beam far-field neutron interferometer for spatially resolved small angle neutron scattering
Daniel S. Hussey, Houxun Miao, Guangcui Yuan +6
We provide the first demonstration that a neutron far-field interferometer can be employed to measure the microstructure of a sample. The interferometer is based on the moiré patte…
