Almost sure convergence of the multiple ergodic average for certain weakly mixing systems
Yonatan Gutman, Wen Huang, Song Shao +1
The family of pairwise independently determined (PID) systems, i.e. those for which the independent joining is the only self joining with independent 2-marginals, is a class of sys…
A non-PI minimal system is Li-Yorke sensitive
Song Shao, Xiangdong Ye
It is shown that any non-PI minimal system is Li-Yorke sensitive. Consequently, any minimal system with nontrivial weakly mixing factor (such a system is non-PI) is Li-Yorke sensit…
A cubic nonconventional ergodic average with multiplicative or Mangoldt weights
el Houcein el Abdalaoui, XiangDong Ye
We show that the cubic nonconventional ergodic averages of any order with a bounded multiplicative function weight converge almost surely to zero provided that the multiplicative f…
Sensitivity, proximal extension and higher order almost automorphy
Xiangdong Ye, Tao Yu
Let be a topological dynamical system, and be a family of subsets of . is strongly -sensitive, if there is such that…
Topological correspondence of multiple ergodic averages of nilpotent group actions
Wen Huang, Song Shao, Xiangdong Ye
Let be a topological system, where is a nilpotent group generated by such that for each , , is weakly mixing and minimal. F…
