Keck Interferometer Observations of FU Orionis Objects
R. Millan-Gabet, J. D. Monnier, R. L. Akeson +31
We present new K-band long baseline interferometer observations of three young stellar objects of the FU Orionis class, V1057 Cyg, V1515 Cyg and Z CMa-SE, obtained at the Keck Inte…
Keck Interferometer observations of classical and weak line T Tauri stars
R. L. Akeson, A. F. Boden, J. D. Monnier +9
We present observations of the T Tauri stars BP Tau, DG Tau, DI Tau, GM Aur, LkCa 15, RW Aur and V830 Tau, using long baseline infrared interferometry at K band (2.2 microns) from…
Infrared Imaging of Capella with the IOTA Closure Phase Interferometer
S. Kraus, F. P. Schloerb, W. A. Traub +11
We present infrared aperture synthesis maps produced with the upgraded IOTA interferometer. Michelson interferograms on the close binary system Capella (Alpha Aur) were obtained in…
Multi-wavelength diffraction-limited imaging of the evolved carbon star IRC +10216, II
P. G. Tuthill, J. D. Monnier, W. C. Danchi
High angular resolution images of IRC +10216 taken at various bandpasses within the near-infrared h, k & l bands are presented. The maps have the highest angular resolution yet rec…
