Active isolation of transmon readout with a tunable inductive bridge
Chunyang Ding, Chuyao Tong, Paul Varosy +5
Scalable superconducting quantum computation requires fast, high-fidelity readout. Currently, this is assisted through cryogenic amplification of the readout signal. In traditional…
XCOM: Full Mesh Network Synchronization and Low-Latency Communication for QICK (Quantum Instrumentation Control Kit)
Diego Martin, Luis H. Arnaldi, Kenneth Treptow +5
Quantum computing experiments and testbeds with large qubit counts have until recently been a privilege afforded only to large companies or quantum technologies where scaling to hu…
Experimental advances with the QICK (Quantum Instrumentation Control Kit) for superconducting quantum hardware
Chunyang Ding, Martin Di Federico, Michael Hatridge +14
The QICK is a standalone open source qubit controller that was first introduced in 2022. In this follow-up work, we present recent experimental use cases that the QICK uniquely ena…
Tunable inductive coupler for high fidelity gates between fluxonium qubits
Helin Zhang, Chunyang Ding, D. K. Weiss +9
The fluxonium qubit is a promising candidate for quantum computation due to its long coherence times and large anharmonicity. We present a tunable coupler that realizes strong indu…
