Receiver-Specific Interventional Valuation of Semantic Atoms for Budget-Constrained Multi-Agent Communication
Danial Dehghani, Maximilian Lübke, Friedemann Laue +2
Cooperative multi-agent semantic communication requires deciding not only how a transmitter encodes its observation, but also which resulting semantic content should be delivered t…
Optimal Measurement Point Selection for Radio Environment Maps: A Two-Stage Approach
Bastian Perner, Friedemann Laue, Maximilian Lubke +1
Electromagnetic (EM) situational awareness is essential for the deployment and operation of local and temporary non-public networks (NPNs). Radio Environment Maps (REMs) provide an…
Convergence Time Distributions for Max-Consensus over Unreliable Networks
Katharina Stich, Bastian Perner, Friedemann Laue +2
This paper proposes the LiFE-CD algorithm for convergence time analysis of the max-consensus algorithm in multi-agent systems under Bernoulli-distributed link failures. Unlike exis…
Codebook-Based Self-Sustainable RIS: Optimal Splitting Schemes and Power Allocation
Friedemann Laue, Sebastian Lotter, Nikita Shani +1
This paper studies the codebook-based configuration of a reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS) that extends the coverage of a base station (BS) while utilizing energy harvesting…
