Isotope effect on superconductivity in Josephson coupled stripes in underdoped cuprates

Inelastic neutron scattering data for YBaCuO as well as for LaSrCuO indicate incommensurate neutron scattering peaks with incommensuration $\delta (x)$ away from the $(\pi ,\pi )$ point. $T_c(…
