The stable trees revisited
Christina Goldschmidt, Liam Hill
We introduce a new, relatively simple, line-breaking construction of the -stable tree which realises its random finite-dimensional distributions. This is a direct analogue of Al…
Discrete snakes with globally centered displacements
Louigi Addario-Berry, Serte Donderwinkel, Christina Goldschmidt +1
We prove a scaling limit for globally centered discrete snakes on size-conditioned critical Bienaymé trees. More specifically, under a global finite variance condition, we prove co…
Scaling limits of random graphs
Louigi Addario-Berry, Christina Goldschmidt
This work will appear as a chapter in a forthcoming volume titled "Topics in Probabilistic Graph Theory". A theory of scaling limits for random graphs has been developed in recent…
A large deviation principle for the normalized excursion of -stable Lévy processes without negative jumps
Léo Dort, Christina Goldschmidt, Grégory Miermont
We establish a large deviation principle for the normalized excursion and bridge of an -stable Lévy process without negative jumps, with . Based on this, we derive precis…
Parking on a random tree
Christina Goldschmidt, Michał Przykucki
Consider a uniform random rooted tree on vertices labelled by , with edges directed towards the root. We imagine that each node of the tree has space for a…
