Galaxy groups within voids
M. Argudo-Fernández, G. Torres-Ríos, P. Vásquez-Bustos +18
In this work, we aim to identify and characterise a sample of galaxy groups within voids in the local Universe (z\,<\,0.08), taking into account the peculiarities of these vast and…
ALMA CO-CAVITY I. Resolved Molecular Gas in Void Galaxies
D. Espada, S. B. De Daniloff, S. Duarte Puertas +21
The environment plays a key role in galaxy evolution, yet it remains unclear how detailed molecular gas properties and their connection to star formation and stellar content are in…
Stellar mass and morphology segregation in pairs and multiplets in the cosmic web
G. Torres-Ríos, S. Verley, I. Pérez +4
In this work, we investigate whether the location of galaxies within the large-scale structures (LSS) of the Universe affects their stellar mass () and morphology. To this…
The CAVITY project. The spatially resolved SFR of galaxies in voids
Ana M. Conrado, Rubén García-Benito, Rosa M. González Delgado +24
The mass in the Universe is distributed non-uniformly, originating the Large Scale Structure (LSS), characterised by clusters, filaments, walls and voids. Galaxies in voids are blu…
