Mean dimension and a non-embeddable example for amenable group actions
Lei Jin, Kyewon Koh Park, Yixiao Qiao
For every infinite (countable discrete) amenable group and every positive integer we construct a minimal -action of mean dimension which cannot be embedded in the…
Entropy dimension for Deterministic Walks in Random Sceneries
Dou Dou, Kyewon Koh Park
Entropy dimension is an entropy-type quantity which takes values in and classifies different levels of intermediate growth rate of complexity for dynamical systems. In this…
Constructions of subshifts with positive topological entropy dimension
Uijin Jung, Jungseob Lee, Kyewon Koh Park
The notion of entropy dimension has been introduced to measure the subexponential complexity of zero entropy systems. In this work we present a general construction of a strictly e…
Rank-one flows of transformations with infinite ergodic index
Alexandre I. Danilenko, Kyewon K. Park
A rank-one infinite measure preserving flow is constructed such that for each , the Cartesian powers of the transformation are all ergodic.
Predictability, entropy and information of infinite transformations
Jon Aaronson, Kyewon Koh Park
We show that a certain type of quasi finite, conservative, ergodic, measure preserving transformation always has a maximal zero entropy factor, generated by predictable sets. We al…
