A stellar bar hidden in an extreme gas-rich disk galaxy at z=4.055
Leindert A. Boogaard, Luca Costantin, Thor Tepper-García +14
The classical picture for the formation of stellar bars -- key dynamical drivers of the evolution of galaxies -- is through secular evolution of instability in gas poor, stellar-do…
Direct pathway to the Early Supermassive Black Holes: A Red Super-Eddington Quasar in a Massive Starburst Host at
Qinyue Fei, Seiji Fujimoto, Gabriel Brammer +24
We present a panchromatic optical-mm characterization of GNz7q, a recently identified X-ray weak, rapidly growing red quasar embedded within a dusty starburst galaxy at ,…
The Identification of Two JWST/NIRCam-Dark Starburst Galaxies at with ALMA
Fengwu Sun, Jinyi Yang, Feige Wang +20
We analyze two dusty star-forming galaxies at . These galaxies are selected from the ASPIRE survey, a JWST Cycle-1 medium and ALMA Cycle-9 large program targeting 25 quasars…
A SPectroscopic survey of biased halos In the Reionization Era (ASPIRE): Spectroscopically Complete Census of Obscured Cosmic Star Formation Rate Density at
Fengwu Sun, Feige Wang, Jinyi Yang +25
We present a stringent measurement of the dust-obscured star-formation rate density (SFRD) at from the ASPIRE JWST Cycle-1 medium and ALMA Cycle-9 large program. We obtaine…
