What if Tomorrow is the World Cup Final? Counterfactual Time Series Forecasting with Textual Conditions
Shuqi Gu, Yongxiang Zhao, Baoyu Jing +1
Time series forecasting has become increasingly critical in real-world scenarios, where future sequences are influenced not only by historical patterns but also by forthcoming even…
Cross-Domain Conditional Diffusion Models for Time Series Imputation
Kexin Zhang, Baoyu Jing, K. Selçuk Candan +4
Cross-domain time series imputation is an underexplored data-centric research task that presents significant challenges, particularly when the target domain suffers from high missi…
Automated Contrastive Learning Strategy Search for Time Series
Baoyu Jing, Yansen Wang, Guoxin Sui +5
In recent years, Contrastive Learning (CL) has become a predominant representation learning paradigm for time series. Most existing methods manually build specific CL Strategies (C…
Causality-Aware Spatiotemporal Graph Neural Networks for Spatiotemporal Time Series Imputation
Baoyu Jing, Dawei Zhou, Kan Ren +1
Spatiotemporal time series are usually collected via monitoring sensors placed at different locations, which usually contain missing values due to various failures, such as mechani…
