Nelson-Barr Models with Vector-Like Quark Doublets
G. H. S. Alves, C. C. Nishi, L. Vecchi
We investigate Nelson--Barr solutions to the strong CP problem in which spontaneous CP violation is transmitted to the Standard Model through mixing with a vector-like partner of t…
A strange contribution to the neutron EDM
Luca Vecchi
We analyze the contribution of hypothetical quark electric dipoles to the electric dipole moment (EDM) of the neutron. Particular emphasis is devoted to the strange quark contribut…
Spurious gauge-invariance and in Dimensional Regularization
Pablo Olgoso Ruiz, Luca Vecchi
Dimensional regularization is arguably the most popular and efficient scheme for multi-loop calculations. Yet, when applied to chiral (gauge) theories like the Standard Model and i…
Wormholes in the axiverse, and the species scale
Luca Martucci, Nicolò Risso, Alessandro Valenti +1
We analyze a large class of four-dimensional low-energy realizations of the axiverse satisfying various quantum gravity constraints. We propose a novel upper bound…
Exploring the Flavor Symmetry Landscape
Alfredo Glioti, Riccardo Rattazzi, Lorenzo Ricci +1
We explore flavor dynamics in the broad scenario of a strongly interacting light Higgs (SILH). Our study focuses on the mechanism of partial fermion compositeness, but is otherwise…
