A blueprint for experiments exploring the Poincaré quantum recurrence theorem
Bayan Karimi, Xuntao Wu, Andrew N. Cleland +1
The quantum form of the Poincaré recurrence theorem stipulates that a system with a time-independent Hamiltonian and discrete energy levels returns arbitrarily close to its initial…
Quantum secret sharing in a triangular superconducting quantum network
Haoxiong Yan, Allen Zang, Joel Grebel +11
We present a three-node quantum communication testbed with a triangular topology, each side of the triangle formed by a 1.3-meter-long transmission line. We demonstrate state trans…
Mitigating cosmic ray-like correlated events with a modular quantum processor
Xuntao Wu, Yash J. Joshi, Haoxiong Yan +14
Quantum processors based on superconducting qubits are being scaled to larger qubit numbers, enabling the implementation of small-scale quantum error correction codes. However, cat…
Acoustic phonon phase gates with number-resolving phonon detection
Hong Qiao, Zhaoyou Wang, Gustav Andersson +9
Linear optical quantum computing (LOQC) provides a compelling approach to quantum information processing, with a short list of physical requirements; however, experimental implemen…
