A Falsifiable Timing Test for the Double-White-Dwarf Model of Long-Period Transients
Yejing Zhan, Di Wang, Fa-Yin Wang
Long-period transients (LPTs) are a newly identified class of radio sources with burst recurrence times from minutes to hours, and their diversity suggests multiple physical origin…
Bright siren without electromagnetic counterpart by LISA-Taiji-TianQin network
Yejing Zhan, David Izquierdo-Villalba, Xiao Guo +3
Gravitational waves (GWs) with electromagnetic counterparts (EMc) offer a novel approach to measure the Hubble constant (), known as bright sirens, enabling measurements…
Hubble constant measurement from QPEs as electromagnetic counterparts to extreme mass ratio inspirals
Yejing Zhan, Di Wang, Shuang-Xi Yi +1
Gravitational waves (GWs) accompanied by electromagnetic (EM) counterparts provide a novel methodology to measure the Hubble constant (), known as bright sirens. However, the…
Modeling fast X-ray variability around an accreting black hole
Yejing Zhan, Bei You, Adam Ingram +2
X-ray inter-band time lags are observed during the outbursts of black hole X-ray binaries (BHXRBs). Timing analysis of fast variability in low Fourier frequency bands shows that hi…
