Pinching Antenna-Aided Spatial Multiplexing: Transceiver Design and Performance Analysis
Ruijie Li, Yue Xiao, Shuaixin Yang +3
In this paper, a novel pinching antenna-aided spatial multiplexing (PASM) architecture is conceived, which intrinsically amalgamates the benefits of flexible radiating element plac…
Antenna Elements' Trajectory Optimization for Throughput Maximization in Continuous-Trajectory Fluid Antenna-Aided Wireless Communications
Shuaixin Yang, Yijia Li, Yue Xiao +4
Fluid antenna (FA) systems offer novel spatial degrees of freedom (DoFs) with the potential for significant performance gains. Compared to existing works focusing solely on optimiz…
Joint Channel Estimation and Localization in Pinching-Antenna OFDM Systems: The Blessing of Multipath
Min Liu, Yue Xiao, Shuaixin Yang +3
Pinching-antenna systems (PASS) have recently attracted considerable attention owing to their capability of flexibly reconfiguring large-scale wireless channels. Motivated by this…
Pinching-Antenna-Assisted Index Modulation: Channel Modeling, Transceiver Design, and Performance Analysis
Shuaixin Yang, Yijia Li, Yue Xiao +3
In this paper, a novel pinching-antenna assisted index modulation (PA-IM) scheme is proposed for improving the spectral efficiency without increasing the hardware complexity, where…
