Impact of Galaxy Cluster Environment on the Stellar Mass Function of Galaxies
Sana Begum Murtuja Shaikh, Priyanka Singh
Galaxy clusters represent some of the most extreme environments in the Universe. They are ideal locations to study the impact of an extreme environment on the evolution of the Stel…
Quantifying Baryonic Feedback on Warm-Hot Circumgalactic Medium in CAMELS Simulations
Isabel Medlock, Chloe Neufeld, Daisuke Nagai +6
The baryonic physics shaping galaxy formation and evolution are complex, spanning a vast range of scales and making them challenging to model. Cosmological simulations rely on subg…
Comparison of Models for the Warm-Hot Circumgalactic Medium around Milky Way-like Galaxies
Priyanka Singh, Erwin T. Lau, Yakov Faerman +2
A systematic comparison of the models of the circumgalactic medium (CGM) and their observables is crucial to understanding the predictive power of the models and constraining physi…
Probing the Circum-Galactic Medium with Fast Radio Bursts: Insights from the CAMELS Simulations
Isabel Medlock, Daisuke Nagai, Priyanka Singh +3
Most diffuse baryons, including the circumgalactic medium (CGM) surrounding galaxies and the intergalactic medium (IGM) in the cosmic web, remain unmeasured and unconstrained. Fast…
