Interpretation of 21 cm Auto Power Spectrum Measurement at by the Canadian Hydrogen Intensity Mapping Experiment
CHIME Collaboration, Mandana Amiri, Kevin Bandura +21
Observations with the Canadian Hydrogen Intensity Mapping Experiment (CHIME) have been used to measure the 21 cm intensity mapping auto power spectrum, at , over a frequen…
The Squeezed Bispectrum from CHIME HI Emission and Planck CMB Lensing: Current Sensitivity and Forecasts
CHIME Collaboration, Arnab Chakraborty, Matt Dobbs +18
Line intensity mapping using atomic hydrogen (HI) has the potential to efficiently map large volumes of the universe if the signal can be successfully separated from overwhelmingly…
Detection of the Cosmological 21 cm Signal in Auto-correlation at z ~ 1 with the Canadian Hydrogen Intensity Mapping Experiment
CHIME Collaboration, Mandana Amiri, Kevin Bandura +36
We present the first detection of the cosmological 21 cm intensity mapping signal in auto-correlation at z ~ 1 with the Canadian Hydrogen Intensity Mapping Experiment (CHIME). Usin…
Demonstration of hybrid foreground removal on CHIME data
Haochen Wang, Kiyoshi Masui, Kevin Bandura +15
The main challenge of 21 cm cosmology experiments is astrophysical foregrounds which are difficult to separate from the signal due to telescope systematics. An earlier study has sh…
