CHILES X: Molecular and atomic gas at intermediate redshift
Kelley M. Hess, John Hibbard, Jennifer Donovan Meyer +10
We present ALMA CO observations of 14 HI-detected galaxies from the CHILES survey found in a cosmic over-density at z~0.12. This is the largest collection of spatially resolved CO…
CHILES IX: Observational and Simulated HI Content and Star Formation of Blue Galaxies in Different Cosmic Web Environments
Nicholas Luber, Farhanul Hasan, J. H. van Gorkom +15
We examine the redshift evolution of the relationship between the neutral atomic hydrogen ({\HI}) content and star-formation properties of blue galaxies, along with their location…
CHILES VIII: Probing Evolution of Average HI Content in Star Forming Galaxies over the Past 5 Billion Years
Nicholas Luber, D. J. Pisano, J. H. van Gorkom +9
Utilizing the COSMOS HI Large Extragalactic Survey (CHILES) dataset, we investigate the evolution of the average atomic neutral hydrogen (HI) properties of galaxies over the contin…
New constraints on the evolution of the MHI-M* scaling relation combining CHILES and MIGHTEE-HI data
Alessandro Bianchetti, Francesco Sinigaglia, Giulia Rodighiero +23
The improved sensitivity of interferometric facilities to the 21-cm line of atomic hydrogen (HI) enables studies of its properties in galaxies beyond the local Universe. In this wo…
