An algebro-geometric perspective on the topology of moduli spaces of differentials
Dawei Chen, Fei Yu
Differentials on Riemann surfaces correspond to translation surfaces with conical singularities, and affine transformations acting on them preserve the orders of these singularitie…
Complete subvarieties in the projectivized strata of meromorphic differentials
Dawei Chen, Guillaume Tahar
Here we give an explicit construction of a globally defined strictly plurisubharmonic function on projectivized strata of strictly meromorphic differentials with prescribed orders…
Gorenstein singularities with -action and moduli spaces of holomorphic differentials
Dawei Chen, Fei Yu
Given a holomorphic differential on a smooth complex algebraic curve, we associate to it a Gorenstein curve singularity with -action via a test configuration. This con…
Gorenstein contractions of multiscale differentials
Dawei Chen, Qile Chen
Multiscale differentials arise as limits of holomorphic differentials with prescribed zero orders on nodal curves. In this paper, we address the conjecture concerning Gorenstein co…
Detaching embedded points
Dawei Chen, Scott Nollet
We show that if is obtained from a codimension two local complete intersection by adding embedded points of multiplicity , then is a flat li…
