Using Andreev bound states and spin to remove domain walls in a Kitaev chain
Wietze D. Huisman, Sebastiaan L. D. ten Haaf, Chun-Xiao Liu +6
Quantum dot-superconductor hybrids have been established as a suitable platform for realizing Kitaev chains hosting Majorana bound states. Implementing these structures in a qubit…
Single-shot parity readout of a minimal Kitaev chain
Nick van Loo, Francesco Zatelli, Gorm O. Steffensen +12
Protecting qubits from noise is essential for building reliable quantum computers. Topological qubits offer a route to this goal by encoding quantum information non-locally, using…
Probing Majorana localization of a phase-controlled three-site Kitaev chain with an additional quantum dot
Alberto Bordin, Florian J. Bennebroek Evertsz', Bart Roovers +11
Few-site implementations of the Kitaev chain offer a minimal platform to study the emergence and stability of Majorana bound states. Here, we realize two- and three-site chains in…
Flux-tunable Josephson Effect in a Four-Terminal Junction
Christian G. Prosko, Wietze D. Huisman, Ivan Kulesh +4
We study a phase-tunable four-terminal Josephson junction formed in an InSbAs two-dimensional electron gas proximitized by aluminum. By embedding the two pairs of junction terminal…
