The weak Banach-Saks property for Hölder spaces
Prezemysław Górka, Mauro Sanchiz
We investigate the weak Banach--Saks property in the setting of Hölder spaces over metric spaces. We show that, for every infinite metric space and every , the…
Weak compactness in nice Musielak-Orlicz spaces
Mauro Sanchiz
We prove two weak compactness criteria in Musielak-Orlicz spaces for -functions satisfying the -condition. They extend criteria from Andô for Orlicz spaces to this setting…
A note on the strict sigularity of the inclusion between Nakano sequence spaces
Mauro Sanchiz
We characterize the strictly singular inclusions between Nakano sequence spaces providing a useful criterion, namely $\varliminf_{n\rightarrow…
Disjointly strictly singular inclusions between variable Lebesgue spaces
Francisco L. Hernández, César Ruiz, Mauro Sanchiz
Disjointly strictly singular inclusions between variable Lebesgue spaces on finite measure are characterized. Suitable criteria in terms of the (bounded or unboun…
On the structure of variable exponent spaces
Julio Flores, Francisco L. Hernández, César Ruiz +1
The first part of this paper surveys several results on the lattice structure of variable exponent Lebesgue function spaces (or Nakano spaces) $\lpv$. In the second part strictly s…
