Cosmology from Transactional Entropic Gravity: A Concise Review
R. E. Kastner, Andreas Schlatter
This is a review of key aspects of a model presented at the Lake Como School: Dark Matter, Dark Energy, and the Cosmological Tensions, June, 2025. The associated publication can be…
A Model of Entropy Production
Andreas Schlatter, R. E. Kastner
A key tenet of the Transactional Interpretation of Quantum Mechanics is the idea that photon absorption localizes the absorbing material system. In doing so, it measures the locati…
On the Value of the Cosmological Constant in Entropic Gravity
Andreas Schlatter
We explicitly calculate the value of the cosmological constant, based on the recently developed theory connecting entropic gravity with quantum-events, induced by transactions, cal…
A Note on the Origin of Inertia
A. Schlatter, R. E. Kastner
The question of where the inertial properties of matter come from has been open for a long time. Isaac Newton considered inertia an intrinsic property of matter. Ernst Mach held a…
Gravity from Transactions: Fulfilling the Entropic Gravity Program
A. Schlatter, R. E. Kastner
This is a review of new developments in entropic gravity in light of the Relativistic Transactional Interpretation (RTI). A transactional approach to spacetime events can give rise…
