The odyssey of the black hole low mass X-ray binary GX339-4: Five years of dense multi-wavelength monitoring
E. Tremou, S. Corbel, R. Fender +15
We present the longest and the densest quasi-simultaneous radio, X-ray and optical campaign of the black hole low mass X-ray binary GX339-4, covering five years of weekly GX339-4 m…
The peculiar hard state behaviour of the black hole X-ray binary Swift J1727.81613
A. K. Hughes, F. Carotenuto, T. D. Russell +37
Tracking the correlation between radio and X-ray luminosities during black hole X-ray binary outbursts is a key diagnostic of the coupling between accretion inflows (traced by X-ra…
Peculiar radio-bright behaviour of the Galactic black hole transient 4U 1543-47 in the 2021-2023 outburst
X. Zhang, W. Yu, F. Carotenuto +8
Correlated behaviours between the radio emission and the X-ray emission in Galactic black hole X-ray binaries (BH XRBs) in the X-ray hard state are crucial to the understanding of…
MeerKAT radio detection of the Galactic black hole candidate Swift J1842.5-1124 during its 2020 outburst
X. Zhang, W. Yu, S. E. Motta +4
Swift J1842.51124 is a transient Galactic black hole X-ray binary candidate, which underwent a new outburst in May 2020. We performed multi-epoch MeerKAT radio observations unde…
