CouCE: A Unified Causal Framework for Debiased Deep Metric Learning
Xin Yuan, Zhenyang Niu, Meiqi Wan +3
Deep Metric Learning (DML) often struggles with zero-shot generalization because standard objectives inherently capture what co-occurs rather than what causes similarity. Consequen…
FedBPrompt: Federated Domain Generalization Person Re-Identification via Body Distribution Aware Visual Prompts
Xin Xu, Weilong Li, Wei Liu +5
Federated Domain Generalization for Person Re-Identification (FedDG-ReID) learns domain-invariant representations from decentralized data. While Vision Transformer (ViT) is widely…
FedARKS: Federated Aggregation via Robust and Discriminative Knowledge Selection and Integration for Person Re-identification
Xin Xu, Binchang Ma, Zhixi Yu +1
The application of federated domain generalization in person re-identification (FedDG-ReID) aims to enhance the model's generalization ability in unseen domains while protecting cl…
Beyond Seen Bounds: Class-Centric Polarization for Single-Domain Generalized Deep Metric Learning
Xin Yuan, Meiqi Wan, Wei Liu +2
Single-domain generalized deep metric learning (SDG-DML) faces the dual challenge of both category and domain shifts during testing, limiting real-world applications. Therefore, ai…
