Experimental Observation of Topological Disclination States in Lossy Electric Circuits
Jin Liu, Wei-Wu Jin, Zhao-Fan Cai +6
Topological phase transitions can be remarkably induced purely by manipulating gain and loss mechanisms, offering a novel approach to engineering topological properties. Recent the…
Observation of Impurity-Induced Scale-Free Localization in a Disordered Non-Hermitian Electrical Circuit
Hao Wang, Jin Liu, Tao Liu +1
One of unique features of non-Hermitian systems is the extreme sensitive to their boundary conditions, e.g., the emergence of non-Hermitian skin effect (NHSE) under the open bounda…
Localization-Delocalization Transitions in Non-Hermitian Aharonov-Bohm Cages
Xiang Li, Jin Liu, Tao Liu
A unique feature of non-Hermitian systems is the extreme sensitivity of the eigenspectrum to boundary conditions with the emergence of the non-Hermitian skin effect (NHSE). A NHSE…
Anderson Delocalization in Strongly Coupled Disordered Non-Hermitian Chains
Wei-Wu Jin, Jin Liu, Xin Wang +7
Disorder and non-Hermitian effects together can upend how waves localize. In a 1D disordered chain, the non-Hermitian skin effect (NHSE) can induce Anderson delocalization, defying…
