On the exact Foldy-Wouthuysen transformation for a Dirac spinor in torsion and other CPT and Lorentz violating backgrounds
Bruno Goncalves, Yuri N. Obukhov, Ilya L. Shapiro
We discuss the possibility to perform and use the exact Foldy-Wouthuysen transformation (EFWT) for the Dirac spinor coupled to different CPT and Lorentz violating terms. The classi…
Some Aspects of the Exact Foldy-Wouthuysen Transformation for a Dirac Fermion
Bruno Goncalves
The Foldy-Wouthuysen transformation (FWT) is used to separate distinct components of relativistic spinor field, e.g. electron and positron. Usually, the FWT is perturbative, but in…
One-loop corrections to the photon propagator in the curved-space QED
Bruno Gonçalves, Guilherme de Berredo-Peixoto, Ilya L. Shapiro
We calculate and discuss the one-loop corrections to the photon sector of QED interacting to a background gravitational field. At high energies the fermion field can be taken as ma…
Exact formfactors in the one-loop curved-space QED and the nonlocal multiplicative anomaly
Bruno Goncalves, Guilherme de Berredo-Peixoto, Ilya L. Shapiro
The well-known formula can be easily proved for finite dimensional matrices but it may be incorrect for the functional determinants of different…
