CaII and H flaring M dwarfs detected with multi-filter photometry
P. Mas-Buitrago, J. -Y. Zhang, E. Solano +1
Understanding and characterising the magnetic activity of M dwarfs is of paramount importance in the search for Earth-like exoplanets orbiting them. Energetic stellar activity phen…
Euclid: Quick Data Release (Q1) -- A photometric search for ultracool dwarfs in the Euclid Deep Fields
M. Žerjal, C. Dominguez-Tagle, N. Vitas +178
We present a catalogue of 5306 new ultracool dwarf (UCD) candidates in the three Euclid Deep Fields in the Q1 data release. They range from late M to late T dwarfs, and include 120…
Euclid Quick Data Release (Q1) -- Spectroscopic search, classification and analysis of ultracool dwarfs in the Deep Fields
C. Dominguez-Tagle, M. Žerjal, N. Sedighi +14
The Near-Infrared Spectrometer and Photometer onboard the Euclid space mission has obtained near-infrared (NIR) slitless spectra of millions of objects, including hundreds of ultra…
KOBE-1: The first planetary system from the KOBE survey. Two planets likely residing in the sub-Neptune mass regime around a late K-dwarf
O. Balsalobre-Ruza, J. Lillo-Box, A. M. Silva +35
K-dwarf stars are promising targets in the exploration of potentially habitable planets. Their properties, falling between G and M dwarfs, provide an optimal trade-off between the…
