Hybrid quantum information processing
Ulrik L. Andersen, Jonas S. Neergaard-Nielsen, Peter van Loock +1
The development of quantum information processing has traditionally followed two separate and not immediately connected lines of study. The main line has focused on the implementat…
Complete elimination of information leakage in continuous-variable quantum communication channels
Christian S. Jacobsen, Lars S. Madsen, Vladyslav C. Usenko +2
In all lossy communication channels realized to date, information is inevitably leaked to a potential eavesdropper. Here we present a communication protocol that does not allow for…
Increasing the photon collection rate from a single NV center with a silver mirror
Niels Møller Israelsen, Shailesh Kumar, Mahmoud Tawfieq +3
In the pursuit of realizing quantum optical networks, a large variety of different approaches have been studied to achieve a single photon source on-demand. The common goal for the…
Assessments of macroscopicity for quantum optical states
Amine Laghaout, Jonas S. Neergaard-Nielsen, Ulrik L. Andersen
With the slow but constant progress in the coherent control of quantum systems, it is now possible to create large quantum superpositions. There has therefore been an increased int…
