Dense Molecular Ring-like structure in gaseous CO depletion region G34.74-0.12
Shuting Lin, Siyi Feng, Fengwei Xu +14
We report the discovery of a dense molecular ring-like structure in a dense (10 cm), cold (pc-scale CO depletion at a factor of 5), and young (10 year) star-forming…
The ALMA Survey of 70 m Dark High-mass Clumps in Early Stages (ASHES). XII. Unanchored Forked Stream in the Propagating Path of a Protostellar Outflow
Shuting Lin, Siyi Feng, Patricio Sanhueza +14
Outflows are key indicators of ongoing star formation. We report the discovery of an unanchored forked stream within the propagating path of an extremely young protostellar outflow…
Identifying compact symmetric objects with high-precision VLBI and Gaia astrometry
T. An, Y. Zhang, S. Frey +2
Compact symmetric objects (CSOs) trace the earliest phases of radio-galaxy growth; however, robust classification is difficult when radio cores are weak or invisible. We aim to dev…
VLBI Imaging of Parsec-scale Radio Structures in Nearby Low-luminosity AGN
Xiaopeng Cheng, Tao An, Willem Baan +5
We report the results of high-resolution 5 GHz Very Long Baseline Array and European VLBI Network observations of 36 nearby galaxies, an extension of the Legacy e-MERLIN Multi-band…
