Searching for Type Ia Supernovae in the Dark Energy Spectroscopic Instrument
Xiaoyu Zhuang, Song Ran, Dezheng Meng +9
With the development of large-scale photometric surveys, an increasing number of supernova candidates are being discovered, leading to a rapidly growing demand for supernova spectr…
Environmental Imprints on the Assembly of the Cool Gas around Bright Cluster Galaxies
Runyu Zhu, Hu Zou, Taotao Fang +14
Galaxy clusters represent extreme cosmic laboratories where environmental processes dramatically reshape their constituent galaxies, yet their effect on the gaseous halos of centra…
A Strong Stellar Age-Metallicity Gradient Relation in Nearby Dwarf Galaxies Driven by Stellar Migration and Environmental Quenching
Tie Li, Hong-Xin Zhang, Wenhe Lyu +16
Stellar metallicity gradients () provide a fossil record of the assembly history of galaxies. We present an analysis of for 90 nearby low-mass galaxies u…
Discovery of low-redshift analogues to "Little Red Dots" in DESI: A later evolutionary stage of compact LRDs?
Weiyu Ding, Xu Kong, Wei-Jian Guo +8
The James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) has recently discovered a population of compact, red sources at z > 4 known as "Little Red Dots" (LRDs). They are characterized by their V-sha…
