Cosmic microwave background constraints on a decaying cosmological term related to the thermal evolution
Riou Nakamura, Masa-aki Hashimoto, Kiyotomo Ichiki
We constrain the thermal evolution of the universe with a decaying cosmological term by using the method of the analysis for the Wilkinson Microwave Anisotropy Probe (WMAP) observa…
Observational constraints on a decaying cosmological term
Riou Nakamura, Masa-aki Hashimoto, Kiyotomo Ichiki
We investigate the evolution of a universe with a decaying cosmological term (vacuum energy) that is assumed to be a function of the scale factor. In this model, while the cosmolog…
Big-bang nucleosynthesis in Brans-Dicke cosmology with a varying term related to WMAP
R. Nakamura, M. Hashimoto, S. Gamow +1
We investigate the big-bang nucleosynthesis in a Brans-Dicke model with a varying term using the Monte-Carlo method and likelihood analysis. It is found that the cosmic expansi…
Observational Constraints on Accelerating Brane Cosmology with Exchange between the Bulk and Brane
K. Umezu, K. Ichiki, T. Kajino +3
We explore observational constraints on a cosmological brane-world scenario in which the bulk is not empty. Rather, exchange of mass-energy between the bulk and the bane is allowed…
