First analysis of inclined air showers detected by Tunka-Rex
T. Marshalkina, P. A. Bezyazeekov, N. M. Budnev +22
The Tunka Radio Extension (Tunka-Rex) is a digital antenna array for the detection of radio emission from cosmic-ray air showers in the frequency band of 30 to 80 MHz and for prima…
Present status and prospects of the Tunka Radio Extension
D. Kostunin, P. A. Bezyazeekov, N. M. Budnev +21
The Tunka Radio Extension (Tunka-Rex) is a digital radio array operating in the frequency band of 30-80 MHz and detecting radio emission from air-showers produced by cosmic rays wi…
Signal recognition and background suppression by matched filters and neural networks for Tunka-Rex
D. Shipilov, P. A. Bezyazeekov, N. M. Budnev +21
The Tunka Radio Extension (Tunka-Rex) is a digital antenna array, which measures the radio emission of the cosmic-ray air-showers in the frequency band of 30-80 MHz. Tunka-Rex is c…
Reconstruction of cosmic ray air showers with Tunka-Rex data using template fitting of radio pulses
P. A. Bezyazeekov, N. M. Budnev, D. Chernykh +22
We present an improved method for the precise reconstruction of cosmic ray air showers above eV with sparse radio arrays. The method is based on the comparison of predict…
