Look Before You Restore: Learning to Predict Before Acting for Agentic Image Restoration
Xu Zhang, Jun Wan, Lefei Zhang +1
Agents for mixed-degradation image restoration typically learn what a tool does to an image only after running it: failed calls waste computation and harmful outputs go unnoticed u…
Universal Pansharpening Model
Hebaixu Wang, Jing Zhang, Haonan Guo +4
Pansharpening generates the high-resolution multi-spectral (MS) image by integrating spatial details from a texture-rich panchromatic (PAN) image and spectral attributes from a low…
Advancing Weakly-Supervised Change Detection in Satellite Images via Adversarial Class Prompting
Zhenghui Zhao, Chen Wu, Di Wang +5
Weakly-Supervised Change Detection (WSCD) aims to distinguish specific object changes (e.g., objects appearing or disappearing) from background variations (e.g., environmental chan…
SPEX: A Vision-Language Model for Land Cover Extraction on Spectral Remote Sensing Images
Dongchen Si, Di Wang, Erzhong Gao +9
Spectral information has long been recognized as a critical cue in remote sensing observations. Although numerous vision-language models have been developed for pixel-level interpr…
TiMo: Spatiotemporal Foundation Model for Satellite Image Time Series
Xiaolei Qin, Di Wang, Jing Zhang +4
Satellite image time series (SITS) provide continuous observations of the Earth's surface, making them essential for applications such as environmental management and disaster asse…
SITSMamba for Crop Classification based on Satellite Image Time Series
Xiaolei Qin, Xin Su, Liangpei Zhang
Satellite image time series (SITS) data provides continuous observations over time, allowing for the tracking of vegetation changes and growth patterns throughout the seasons and y…
